My work is grounded in the belief that reconnecting with your sense of self is at the heart of healing. I specialize in supporting adults with trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), grief and loss (including pet loss/non-death losses), and mood disorders. I have interest in mental health care related to reproductive and hormonal health (PMDD, PMOS, and perimenopause). I work with women and other people affected by these conditions, including trans and non-binary clients. I enjoy working with artists and creative individuals, helping them navigate the distinct emotional and psychological challenges of a creative life.

I am trained in Nature Based Therapy, Grief Therapy, EMDR, evidence-based Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS). I integrate mindfulness and DBT skills to enhance emotion regulation and self-expression. My person-centered approach emphasizes your inherent strengths, fostering empowerment and authentic healing at your own pace.

My style is structured yet approachable — trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and culturally responsive to diverse backgrounds and identities. I am also kink-aware and sex-positive, and welcome clients from the BDSM community and those in non-traditional relationship structures.
